Since inception, the now multiple entities have built successful relationships with several dozen financial institutions and almost fifty private investors.  We bring decades of financial experience to our referral sources and customers.  We pride ourselves on the ability to fund the difficult deal.

Advisory

Jonathan Lampel has college degrees in history, finance and law.  He has spent his entire adult life in the financing business, first as a credit reporter for Dun @ Bradstreet, then as a credit analyst, loan officer and portfolio manager for Crocker National Bank.  With Wells Fargo Leasing Corporation, he managed twelve states out of Texas, and subsequently turned around Topa Equipment Leasing, Inc., in Beverly Hills, which firm was founded by John Anderson, a self made member of the Forbes 400 and sponsor of the U.C.L.A. Business School.  In 1981 with a partner and private investors, he formed Prudential Capital Corporation, later selling the name and becoming Leasequip, Inc.
